Share market update: Most active stocks in today's market in terms of volume

NEW DELHI: Thinkink Picturez(numbers of share traded: 7.79 crore), Vodafone Idea(numbers of share traded: 7.31 crore), Earum Pharmaceutical(numbers of share traded: 5.90 crore), ARC Finance(numbers of share traded: 5.80 crore), Aditya Birla Retail(numbers of share traded: 4.54 crore), Reliance Power(numbers of share traded: 4.15 crore), IFL Enterprises(numbers of share traded: 2.74 crore), Suzlon Energy(numbers of share traded: 2.53 crore), Avance Tech(numbers of share traded: 2.20 crore) and YES Bank(numbers of share traded: 1.63 crore) emerged top gainers in Wednesday's market in terms of trading volume.

The NSE Nifty index closed 77.71 points up at 24620.2, while BSE Sensex ended up 260.74 points at 80998.25.

On the other hand, Bajaj Finserv Ltd.(down 1.80 per cent), Trent Ltd.(down 1.50 per cent), Shriram Finance Ltd.(down 1.09 per cent), Axis Bank Ltd.(down 0.89 per cent) and Tata Consultancy Services Ltd.(down 0.72 per cent) were among the top losers of the day.
