Share market update: Most active stocks in today's market in terms of volume

NEW DELHI: Vodafone Idea(numbers of share traded: 2.83 crore), YES Bank(numbers of share traded: 0.95 crore), Suzlon Energy(numbers of share traded: 0.93 crore), Thinkink Picturez(numbers of share traded: 0.86 crore), Srestha Finvest(numbers of share traded: 0.85 crore), Gujarat Toolroom(numbers of share traded: 0.85 crore), Avance Tech(numbers of share traded: 0.81 crore), Filatex Fashions(numbers of share traded: 0.73 crore), G G Engineering(numbers of share traded: 0.56 crore) and GTL Infra(numbers of share traded: 0.55 crore) emerged top gainers in Friday's market in terms of trading volume.

The NSE Nifty index closed 113.15 points down at 23092.2, while BSE Sensex ended 329.92 points at 76190.46.

On the other hand, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd.(down 5.05 per cent), Trent Ltd.(down 4.25 per cent), Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.(down 2.95 per cent), Adani Enterprises Ltd.(down 2.94 per cent) and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd.(down 2.75 per cent) were among the top losers of the day.
