Share market update: Most active stocks in today's market in terms of volume

NEW DELHI: Rhetan TMT(numbers of share traded: 3.14 crore), Srestha Finvest(numbers of share traded: 2.90 crore), Spicejet(numbers of share traded: 2.83 crore), Rama Steel Tubes(numbers of share traded: 2.17 crore), Vodafone Idea(numbers of share traded: 1.93 crore), GTL Infra(numbers of share traded: 1.79 crore), Atreya Petro(numbers of share traded: 1.70 crore), Rajnish Wellness(numbers of share traded: 1.61 crore), YES Bank(numbers of share traded: 1.34 crore) and Cressanda Sol(numbers of share traded: 1.03 crore) emerged top gainers in Friday's market in terms of trading volume.

The NSE Nifty index closed 32.41 points down at 25356.5, while BSE Sensex ended down 71.77 points at 82890.94.

On the other hand, SBI Life Insurance Company Ltd.(down 1.57 per cent), Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Ltd.(down 1.40 per cent), HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd.(down 1.29 per cent), Coal India Ltd.(down 1.09 per cent) and ITC Ltd.(down 1.09 per cent) were among the top losers of the day.
