Share market update: Most active stocks in today's market in terms of volume

NEW DELHI: Infibeam Avenues(numbers of share traded: 21.46 crore), Vodafone Idea(numbers of share traded: 9.30 crore), Indian Railway Fin(numbers of share traded: 7.51 crore), JP Power(numbers of share traded: 7.21 crore), Zomato(numbers of share traded: 6.77 crore), YES Bank(numbers of share traded: 6.58 crore), NBCC (numbers of share traded: 5.92 crore), IDFC First Bank(numbers of share traded: 5.40 crore), RattanIndia Power (numbers of share traded: 5.09 crore) and IOB(numbers of share traded: 5.09 crore) emerged top gainers in Tuesday's market in terms of trading volume.

The NSE Nifty index closed 177.5 points up at 19689.85, while BSE Sensex ended up 566.97 points at 66079.36.

On the other hand, IndusInd Bank Ltd.(down 0.56 per cent), Cipla Ltd.(down 0.38 per cent), Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd.(down 0.30 per cent), Tata Consultancy Services Ltd.(down 0.26 per cent) and Asian Paints Ltd.(down 0.04 per cent) were among the top losers of the day.
