Share market update: Most active stocks in today's market in terms of volume

NEW DELHI: Reliance Power(numbers of share traded: 7.31 crore), Suzlon Energy(numbers of share traded: 4.63 crore), Vodafone Idea(numbers of share traded: 4.63 crore), JP Power(numbers of share traded: 4.37 crore), GTL Infra(numbers of share traded: 2.14 crore), Visagar Fin(numbers of share traded: 2.01 crore), Mishtann Foods(numbers of share traded: 1.58 crore), YES Bank(numbers of share traded: 1.49 crore), RattanIndia Power (numbers of share traded: 1.48 crore) and Niyogin Fintech (numbers of share traded: 1.29 crore) emerged top gainers in Wednesday's market in terms of trading volume.

The NSE Nifty index closed 207.0 points down at 19526.55, while BSE Sensex ended down 676.53 points at 65782.78.

On the other hand, Hero MotoCorp Ltd.(down 3.50 per cent), Tata Steel Ltd.(down 3.45 per cent), Tata Motors Ltd.(down 3.26 per cent), Bajaj Finserv Ltd.(down 2.88 per cent) and NTPC Ltd.(down 2.69 per cent) were among the top losers of the day.
