Share market update: Most active stocks in today's market in terms of volume

NEW DELHI: Mishtann Foods(numbers of share traded: 6.52 crore), Vodafone Idea(numbers of share traded: 5.40 crore), Reliance Power(numbers of share traded: 2.39 crore), GTL Infra(numbers of share traded: 2.31 crore), YES Bank(numbers of share traded: 2.09 crore), Rama Steel Tubes(numbers of share traded: 1.88 crore), Suzlon Energy(numbers of share traded: 1.78 crore), Earum Pharmaceutical(numbers of share traded: 1.74 crore), JP Power(numbers of share traded: 1.40 crore) and Adcon Capital Servic(numbers of share traded: 1.23 crore) emerged top gainers in Tuesday's market in terms of trading volume.

The NSE Nifty index closed 37.8 points up at 19749.25, while BSE Sensex ended up 205.21 points at 66795.14.

On the other hand, LTIMindtree Ltd.(down 2.60 per cent), HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd.(down 1.59 per cent), Britannia Industries Ltd.(down 1.54 per cent), State Bank of India(down 1.46 per cent) and Titan Company Ltd.(down 1.22 per cent) were among the top losers of the day.
