Sensex rises! These stocks rallied over 15% on BSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Several stocks rallied as much as 15% in Mumbai trading on Friday even as equity benchmarks, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the green amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.

Stocks that surged in excess of 15% included, Shilp Gravures(19.99%), BDH Industries(19.99%), Bimetal Bearing(19.99%), Pradeep Metals(19.99%), GlobalSpace Techno(19.95%), Lumax Ind(19.86%), Banswara Syntex(16.75%), Muthoot Capital(15.59%) and Shreeji Translogisti(15.57%).

The 30-share BSE Sensex ended 1181.34 points up at 61795.04, while the 50-share index, NSE closed 321.5 points up at 18349.7.


In the Nifty50 index, 35 stocks closed in the green, while 15 stocks ended in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Pradeep Metals, Tiger Logistics , Nitta Gelatin, Telesys Info-Infra(I)Ltd. and Cochin Minerals hit their fresh 52-week high, while Supriya Lifescience Ltd., CLC Industries, Mafia Trends Ltd., PrismxGlobalVent and Maral Overseas touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
