Sensex rises! These stocks rallied over 15% on BSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Several stocks rallied as much as 15% in Mumbai trading on Wednesday even as equity benchmarks, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the green amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.

Stocks that surged in excess of 15% included, Indo Nat Ltd(20.0%), Remi Edelstahl(20.0%), Mayukh Dealtrade(19.98%), LKP Finance(19.95%), K&R Rail Engineering(19.95%), Omkar Speciality(19.93%), Containe Technologies Ltd.(19.9%), Mahalaxmi Rub(19.58%), Suzlon Energy(19.23%) and Rajeshwari Cans Ltd.(18.15%).

The 30-share BSE Sensex ended 146.59 points up at 59107.19, while the 50-share index, NSE closed 25.3 points up at 17512.25.


In the Nifty50 index, 17 stocks closed in the green, while 33 stocks ended in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Remi Edelstahl, K&R Rail Engineering, Containe Technologies Ltd., Rajeshwari Cans Ltd. and Wonder Fibromats hit their fresh 52-week high, while Scintilla Commercial, Mehai Technology, Alok Industries, Unison Metals and Reliance Comm touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
