Sensex rises! These stocks rallied over 15% on BSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Several stocks rallied as much as 15% in Mumbai trading on Tuesday even as equity benchmarks, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the green amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.

Stocks that surged in excess of 15% included, Igarashi Motors(20.0%), Sat Industries(20.0%), Nagpur Power(20.0%), Best Agrolife(20.0%), 5Paisa Capital(19.99%), India Cements(19.98%), Tata Tele(19.97%), M M Rubber(19.96%), Essar Shipping(19.93%) and Ushdev Intnl(19.91%).

The 30-share BSE Sensex ended 1564.45 points up at 59537.07, while the 50-share index, NSE closed 446.4 points up at 17759.3.


In the Nifty50 index, 50 stocks closed in the green, while 0 stocks ended in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as M M Rubber, Virgo Global, DRA Consultants, Network Ltd and D & H India hit their fresh 52-week high, while RCL Retail Ltd., MSR India, Future Enterprises, Aspira Pathlab & Dia and Fermenta Biotech touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
