Sensex rises! These stocks rallied over 15% on BSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Several stocks rallied as much as 15% in Mumbai trading on Monday even as equity benchmarks, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the green amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.

Stocks that surged in excess of 15% included, Promax Power Ltd.(20.0%), Sandesh Ltd(20.0%), Magna Electro(20.0%), Binny Ltd(19.99%), Talbros Engineering(19.99%), Madhav Marbles(19.98%), Country Condos (19.95%), Compucom Soft(19.95%), Odyssey Tech(19.94%) and D & H India(19.91%).

The 30-share BSE Sensex ended 465.14 points up at 58853.07, while the 50-share index, NSE closed 127.6 points up at 17525.1.


In the Nifty50 index, 32 stocks closed in the green, while 17 stocks ended in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as D & H India, Yug Decor, Speciality Rest, CSL Finance and Cochin Minerals hit their fresh 52-week high, while Quantum Build-Tech, SDC Techmedia, Tarini International, Zensar Tech and Coral Labs touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
