Sensex rises! These stocks rallied over 15% on BSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Several stocks rallied as much as 15% in Mumbai trading on Tuesday even as equity benchmarks, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the green amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.

Stocks that surged in excess of 15% included, Kallam Textiles (39.88%), Nilachal Refrac(19.97%), Greycells Edu(19.96%), Dhanvarsha Finvest(19.95%), Ozone World(19.95%), CHD Chemicals Ltd.(19.9%), NDA Securities(19.88%), Milestone Furniture(19.18%), Zenotech Lab(18.12%) and Amco India(17.17%).

The 30-share BSE Sensex ended 16.17 points up at 53177.45, while the 50-share index, NSE closed 18.15 points up at 15850.2.


In the Nifty50 index, 31 stocks closed in the green, while 19 stocks ended in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Kallam Textiles, De Nora India, APM Finvest, Goel Food Products Ltd. and Vadilal Ind hit their fresh 52-week high, while Gagan Gases, Wardwizard Innov(PP), Electrotherm, Rajkumar Forge and Chambal Fertilisers touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
