Sensex rises! These stocks rallied over 15% on BSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Several stocks rallied as much as 15% in Mumbai trading on Tuesday even as equity benchmarks, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the green amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.

Stocks that surged in excess of 15% included, RO Jewels(20.04%), Biofil Chem(20.0%), Jain Irrigation(20.0%), Thirumalai Chem(19.97%), Syncom Form(19.91%), Minaxi Textiles(19.9%), Suven Life Sci(19.89%), Jain Irrigation(DVR)(19.83%), Adani Gas(19.74%) and Nava Bharat Vent.(19.74%).

The 30-share BSE Sensex ended 934.23 points up at 52532.07, while the 50-share index, NSE closed 288.65 points up at 15638.8.


In the Nifty50 index, 49 stocks closed in the green, while 1 stocks ended in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as RO Jewels, Shreeshay Engineers, Gala Global Prod, Nintec Systems Ltd. and Akshar Spintex hit their fresh 52-week high, while Salora Intnl, Mukesh Babu Fin, GalaxyCloudKitchen, SoftTech Engineers and Pioneer Invest touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
