Sensex rises! These stocks rallied over 15% on BSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Several stocks rallied as much as 15% in Mumbai trading on Thursday even as equity benchmarks, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the green amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.

Stocks that surged in excess of 15% included, Shri Gang Industries and Allied Products Ltd.(56.65%), RPG Life Sci(19.99%), North Eastern(19.8%), 5Paisa Capital(19.71%), GOCL Corporation (17.97%), Synergy Green Ind(16.58%), U Y Fincorp(16.3%), Tokyo Plast Int(15.38%) and Pitti Engineering(15.05%).

The 30-share BSE Sensex ended 1047.28 points up at 57863.93, while the 50-share index, NSE closed 311.7 points up at 17287.05.


In the Nifty50 index, 45 stocks closed in the green, while 5 stocks ended in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Shri Gang Industries and Allied Products Ltd., Pitti Engineering, Jagsonpal Pharm, A Infrastructure and Dolfin Rubbers hit their fresh 52-week high, while Future Enterprises, FutureLifestyleFash, Future Retail, Future Consumer and Future Supply Chain touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
