Sensex rises! These stocks rallied over 15% on BSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Several stocks rallied as much as 15% in Mumbai trading on Monday even as equity benchmarks, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the green amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.

Stocks that surged in excess of 15% included, King Infra Ventures(20.0%), Bemco Hydraulic(20.0%), Sri KPR Ind(20.0%), Ganga Pharmaceutical(20.0%), Multibase India(19.99%), Cosco(India)(19.98%), Salona Cotspin(19.98%), Indokem Ltd(19.97%), Precision Wires(19.96%) and North Eastern(19.96%).

The 30-share BSE Sensex ended 85.88 points up at 61308.91, while the 50-share index, NSE closed 52.35 points up at 18308.1.


In the Nifty50 index, 34 stocks closed in the green, while 16 stocks ended in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as King Infra Ventures, Ganga Pharmaceutical, Salona Cotspin, Precision Wires and Khaitan Chem hit their fresh 52-week high, while Kkrrafton Developers, Mipco Seamless, Dilip Buildcon, Esteem Bio Org and IGL touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
