Sensex rises! These stocks rallied over 15% on BSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Several stocks rallied as much as 15% in Mumbai trading on Monday even as equity benchmarks, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the green amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.

Stocks that surged in excess of 15% included, HP Adhesives Ltd.(22.24%), Kingfa Science Tech(20.0%), Mercantile Ventures(20.0%), Kriti Ind(20.0%), Lokesh Machines(20.0%), Unique Organics(20.0%), LKP Securities(19.99%), Wires Fabrics(19.98%), Smartlink Holdings (19.98%) and Maestros Elec(19.98%).

The 30-share BSE Sensex ended 295.93 points up at 57420.24, while the 50-share index, NSE closed 82.5 points up at 17086.25.


In the Nifty50 index, 38 stocks closed in the green, while 12 stocks ended in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as HP Adhesives Ltd., Lokesh Machines, Kingfa Science Tech, Mercantile Ventures and LKP Securities hit their fresh 52-week high, while RBL Bank, Lex Nimble Solutions, Janus Corporation, Indra Industries and ND Metal Ind touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
