Sensex rises! These stocks rallied over 15% on BSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Several stocks rallied as much as 15% in Mumbai trading on Thursday even as equity benchmarks, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the green amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.

Stocks that surged in excess of 15% included, Borosil L(20.0%), Artefact Proj(20.0%), Blueblood Ventures L(19.86%), Hindustan Bio(19.79%), Arambhan Hospitality(19.15%), Unishire Urban Infr(19.15%), Arfin India(18.22%), Sical Logistics(18.03%), Permanent Magnet(17.9%) and KDDL Ltd(17.64%).

The 30-share BSE Sensex ended 568.9 points up at 61305.95, while the 50-share index, NSE closed 176.8 points up at 18338.55.


In the Nifty50 index, 35 stocks closed in the green, while 15 stocks ended in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Borosil L, Artefact Proj, Permanent Magnet, KDDL Ltd and Pacific Ind hit their fresh 52-week high, while Khemani Dist, JLAInfraville&Shop, S R G Sec. Fin., Paos Industries and Arman Holdings touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
