Sensex rises! These stocks rallied over 15% on BSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Several stocks rallied as much as 15% in Mumbai trading on Wednesday even as equity benchmarks, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the green amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.

Stocks that surged in excess of 15% included, ADC India(19.99%), Global Vectra(19.99%), Mardia Samyoung(19.93%), Thirani Projects(19.88%), Superior Finlease(17.32%), RLF Ltd(16.44%), Kirloskar Bros.(16.26%), Jai Balaji Inds(15.86%), Solara Active Pharma(15.71%) and 52 Weeks Entertainment(15.48%).

The 30-share BSE Sensex ended 700.4 points up at 82755.51, while the 50-share index, NSE closed 200.41 points up at 25244.75.


In the Nifty50 index, 41 stocks closed in the green, while 9 stocks ended in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Mardia Samyoung, Prabha Energy, Frontier Spring, RR Financial and EID Parry hit their fresh 52-week high, while Integrated Hitech Ltd., Goyal Associate, India Infra Trust, Salguti Industries and Archana Software touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
