Sensex rises! These stocks rallied over 15% on BSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Several stocks rallied as much as 15% in Mumbai trading on Tuesday even as equity benchmarks, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the green amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.

Stocks that surged in excess of 15% included, Inox Green Energy Services(20.00%), Gopal Iron & Steels Co(20.00%), Emmbi Industries (20.00%), Fino Payments Bank(20.00%), The Investment Trust of India(20.00%), Eimco Elecon(20.00%), Rama Phosphates(19.99%), Pondy Oxides(19.99%), Amin Tannery(19.82%) and Dhani Services(18.17%).

The 30-share BSE Sensex ended 1577.63 points up at 76734.89, while the 50-share index, NSE closed 500.0 points up at 23328.55.


In the Nifty50 index, 48 stocks closed in the green, while 2 stocks ended in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Paradeep Phosphates, Kaveri Seed Co., Healthcare Global, Coromandel Int. and Prataap Snacks hit their fresh 52-week high, while Quess Corp, Trio Mercantile, Kimia Biosciences, Prashant India and Prima Ind touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
