Sensex rises! These stocks rallied over 15% on BSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Several stocks rallied as much as 15% in Mumbai trading on Monday even as equity benchmarks, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the green amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.

Stocks that surged in excess of 15% included, Cura Tech(725.83%), Olympic Cards(20.00%), ISF Ltd(20.00%), National Perox(20.00%), Hindustan Org(19.99%), Goldstone Tech(19.99%), Sharda Motor(19.99%), Sangam(India)(19.98%), AMD Industries(19.98%) and Pearl Polymers(19.97%).

The 30-share BSE Sensex ended 1078.87 points up at 77984.38, while the 50-share index, NSE closed 307.95 points up at 23658.35.


In the Nifty50 index, 42 stocks closed in the green, while 8 stocks ended in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Cura Tech, Dhanalaxmi Roto, Ador Multiprod, Towa Sokki and Kaveri Seed Co. hit their fresh 52-week high, while Standard Surfact, Virtual Global, Khoobsurat Ltd, Vibrant Global Cap and Swati Projects touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
