Sensex rises! These stocks rallied over 15% on BSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Several stocks rallied as much as 15% in Mumbai trading on Thursday even as equity benchmarks, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the green amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.

Stocks that surged in excess of 15% included, Manugraph India(20.00%), Sonal Adhesives(20.00%), G G Dandekar(19.99%), Ador Multiprod(19.98%), Vibhor Steel Tubes(19.98%), Bloom Ind(19.24%), Rajesh Exports(18.15%) and SML Isuzu(15.14%).

The 30-share BSE Sensex ended 899.01 points up at 76348.06, while the 50-share index, NSE closed 283.06 points up at 23190.65.


In the Nifty50 index, 46 stocks closed in the green, while 4 stocks ended in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Welspun Corp, AstraZeneca, Kaveri Seed Co., Towa Sokki and Balgopal Commercial hit their fresh 52-week high, while KEI Industries, Kamanwala Housing Const., ANG Lifesciences Ind, Adroit Infotech and Ultracab(India)touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
