Sensex rises! These stocks rallied over 15% on BSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Several stocks rallied as much as 15% in Mumbai trading on Monday even as equity benchmarks, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the amid brisk in frontline bluechip counters.

Stocks that surged in excess of 15% included, Reliance Naval & Engg(277.80%), Ind-Agiv Comm(57.41%), Polymech Mac(18.04%), Globus Spirits(17.17%), Kesar Terminals(16.02%), Tata Teleservices(15.97%), Shiva Texyarn(15.53%) and ASI Industries (15.44%).

The 30-share BSE Sensex ended 454.11 points up at 77073.44, while the 50-share index, NSE closed 141.55 points at 23344.75.


In the Nifty50 index, 29 stocks closed in the green, while 21 stocks ended in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Reliance Naval & Engg, Ind-Agiv Comm, Apollo Micro Systems, Amal Ltd and Cubex Tubings hit their fresh 52-week high, while SterlingWilson Solar, Chambal Brewer, SKIL Infrastructure, Union Quality and Sampre Nutrition touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
