Sensex rises! These stocks rallied over 15% on BSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Several stocks rallied as much as 15% in Mumbai trading on Wednesday even as equity benchmarks, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the amid brisk in frontline bluechip counters.

Stocks that surged in excess of 15% included, DJS Stock & Shares Ltd.(56.70%), Jumbo Bags(20.00%), Samyak Intnl(20.00%), Choksi Labs(19.99%), Graviss Hosp(19.99%), Prozone Intu Proper(19.98%), 3i Infotech(19.98%), HB Leasing Fin(19.96%), Ladam Affordable(19.94%) and Xtglobal Infotech(19.62%).

The 30-share BSE Sensex ended 368.4 points up at 78507.41, while the 50-share index, NSE closed 98.11 points at 23742.9.


In the Nifty50 index, 36 stocks closed in the green, while 14 stocks ended in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as DJS Stock & Shares Ltd., Graviss Hosp, Ladam Affordable, Taj GVK Hotels and BN Rathi Sec hit their fresh 52-week high, while Akme Fintrade(India, Mamata Machinery, IGC Industries, Shangar Decor and Ozone World touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
