Sensex rises! These stocks rallied over 15% on BSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Several stocks rallied as much as 15% in Mumbai trading on Wednesday even as equity benchmarks, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the amid brisk in frontline bluechip counters.

Stocks that surged in excess of 15% included, Olympic Cards(20.00%), Ascensive Educare(20.00%), Prima Ind(20.00%), Landmark Prop(20.00%), Sujala Trading(19.99%), SoftTech Engineers(19.99%), Mahalaxmi Rub(19.99%), SAB Industries(19.98%), Tirupati Sarjan(19.98%) and Jetking Info(19.98%).

The 30-share BSE Sensex ended 16.09 points up at 81526.14, while the 50-share index, NSE closed 31.75 points at 24641.8.


In the Nifty50 index, 26 stocks closed in the green, while 24 stocks ended in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Ascensive Educare, Prima Ind, SoftTech Engineers, Sujala Trading and Jetking Info hit their fresh 52-week high, while VCK Cap Market, Indergiri Fin, Advance Lifestyles, Axtel Ind and Filatex Fashions touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
