Sensex rises! These stocks rallied over 15% on BSE in today's trade

In the Nifty50 index, 36 stocks closed in the green, while 14 stocks ended in the red.

NEW DELHI: Several stocks rallied as much as 15% in Mumbai trading on Monday even as equity benchmarks, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the amid brisk in frontline bluechip counters.

Stocks that surged in excess of 15% included, Waaree Energies(55.47%), Revati Organics Ltd.(49.81%), Tatia Global(20.00%), AI Champdany(19.99%), Orient Electric(19.99%), IO System Ltd(19.98%), Phyto Chem(19.97%), Premier Capital Serv(19.94%), Enbee Trade Fin(19.92%) and Sambhaav Media(19.92%).

The 30-share BSE Sensex ended 602.75 points up at 80005.04, while the 50-share index, NSE closed 158.36 points at 24339.15.

In the Nifty50 index, 36 stocks closed in the green, while 14 stocks ended in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Firstsource, Mohite Industries, Sharda Cropchem, Dynamic Cables and CarTrade Tech hit their fresh 52-week high, while Ashapura Minechem, Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem, Fairchem Organics, TV Today Network and Revathi Equipment In touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
