Sensex rises! These stocks gained over 10% on BSE

NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the green on Tuesday.

These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, Hi-Tech Pipes(14.61%), Filtra Consultants &(13.47%), Lotus Eye Hosp(13.02%), Mirza Intnl(12.62%), Gujarat Natural(12.58%), Jay Ushin(12.1%), Mukesh Babu Fin(12.0%), UCO Bank(11.97%), Virinchi (11.51%) and Shivalik Bimetal(10.62%).

The 30-share Sensex ended 274.12 points up at 61418.96, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 84.25 points up at 18244.2.


In the Nifty 50 index, 38 stocks ended in the green, while 11 stocks closed in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Easy Trip Planners Ltd., Filtra Consultants &, Jay Ushin, UCO Bank and Concord Control Systems Ltd. hit their fresh 52-week high, while Jet Airways, Jyoti Structure, Pace E-Commerce Ventures Ltd., Olectra Greentech and Supra Pacific Manage touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
