Sensex rises! These stocks gained over 10% on BSE

NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the green on Monday.

These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, Sheetal Cool(13.51%), Dhanlaxmi Bank(13.26%), Maan Aluminium(13.2%), NIIT(12.92%), Saptak Chem(12.74%), Indraprastha Med(12.42%), Jayaswal Neco(11.55%), Chandra Prabhu(11.3%), JM Financial(10.67%) and Genus Paper Boards(10.63%).

The 30-share Sensex ended 234.79 points up at 61185.15, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 85.65 points up at 18202.8.


In the Nifty 50 index, 33 stocks ended in the green, while 17 stocks closed in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Star Delta Tran, Maan Aluminium, Rail Vikas Nigam, Advitiya Trade India and DC Infotech hit their fresh 52-week high, while Pace E-Commerce Ventures Ltd., Bombay Rayon, Gautam Gems(PP), Avance Tech and SREI Infra Fin touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
