Sensex rises! These stocks gained over 10% on BSE

NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the green on Tuesday.

These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, Heidelberg Cement(14.22%), Sastasundar Ventures(13.53%), Kakatiya Cement(13.49%), Shree Ren Sug(12.3%), Menon Pistons(12.29%), Gujarat Sidhee(12.21%), Mitshi India (11.61%), Jubilant Life(11.52%), Emmessar Biotech(11.35%) and Lancer Container Lin(11.19%).

The 30-share Sensex ended 578.51 points up at 59719.74, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 194.0 points up at 17816.25.


In the Nifty 50 index, 44 stocks ended in the green, while 6 stocks closed in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Shreeshay Engineers, Sonal Mercantile, Lancer Container Lin, McLeod Russel and Diamines Chem hit their fresh 52-week high, while Shubham Polyspin, MEP Infrastructure, A F Enterprises, Dipna Pharmachem Ltd. and Mehai Technology touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
