Sensex rises! These stocks gained over 10% on BSE

NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the green on Thursday.

These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, Deccan Health Care(14.43%), Vaswani Ind(13.17%), Steel Cast(13.09%), Hisar Metal Ind(12.09%), Terai Tea Co(11.86%), Narbada Gems(11.3%), WEP Solutions(11.17%), Sri KPR Ind(10.87%), KEC Int.(10.84%) and South India Pap(10.78%).

The 30-share Sensex ended 443.19 points up at 52265.72, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 143.35 points up at 15556.65.


In the Nifty 50 index, 44 stocks ended in the green, while 6 stocks closed in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Gensol Engg, Confidence Futurist, Sterling Green, Sonal Adhesives and Gayatri Tissue hit their fresh 52-week high, while Milestone Furniture, Shristi Infra, Wardwizard Innov(PP), Machino Plastic and Earum Pharmaceutical touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
