Sensex rises! These stocks gained over 10% on BSE

NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the green on Tuesday.

These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, Affle(India)(14.6%), Salona Cotspin(13.26%), Ortin Labs(13.04%), Sterlite Tech(13.03%), Filatex India(12.91%), Hindusthan Urban Inf(12.8%), Wardwizard Innov(PP)(12.67%), Sambandam Spin(12.57%), Tokyo Plast Int(12.35%) and Automotive Axle(12.27%).

The 30-share Sensex ended 1344.63 points up at 54318.47, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 417.0 points up at 16259.3.


In the Nifty 50 index, 49 stocks ended in the green, while 1 stocks closed in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Honda Siel Power, Gorani Ind, Megastar Foods, Mehta Housing and Naysaa Securities hit their fresh 52-week high, while Cigniti Tech, Life Insurance Corporation of India, Vanta Bioscience, Global Longlife Hospital and Research Ltd. and Svarnim Trade Udyog touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
