Sensex rises! These stocks gained over 10% on BSE

NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the green on Thursday.

These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, Anjani Finance(14.57%), Adani Power(14.18%), Rane(Madras)(13.68%), Rodium Realty(13.28%), Poddar Housing(13.1%), Narmada Gelatine(12.13%), Birla Cable(11.57%), Centenial Surg(10.8%), Vadilal Ind(10.3%) and OneGlobalSvcProvider(10.0%).

The 30-share Sensex ended 460.06 points up at 58926.03, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 142.05 points up at 17605.85.


In the Nifty 50 index, 40 stocks ended in the green, while 10 stocks closed in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Adani Wilmar Ltd., Shalibhadra Fin, RMC Switchgears, Naysaa Securities and Mahindra Lifespace hit their fresh 52-week high, while Forbes Company, Taparia Tools, Solara Active Pharma, GE Power India and RCL Retail Ltd. touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
