Sensex rises! These stocks gained over 10% on BSE

NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the green on Tuesday.

These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, Hatsun Agro(14.7%), Bharat Road Net(14.53%), BN Rathi Sec(14.11%), Megastar Foods(13.6%), Rajkumar Forge(12.46%), Ganesha Ecosp(12.37%), Chemfab Alkalis(11.41%), Northern Spirits(10.74%), The Indian Wood Prod(10.61%) and Coastal Corp(10.0%).

The 30-share Sensex ended 848.4 points up at 58862.57, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 237.0 points up at 17576.85.


In the Nifty 50 index, 36 stocks ended in the green, while 14 stocks closed in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Sumuka Agro Ind., Bharat Road Net, BN Rathi Sec, Megastar Foods and Ganesha Ecosp hit their fresh 52-week high, while Source Natural, Janus Corporation, Lynx Machinery, Suvidha Infra and MAC Hotels touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
