Sensex rises! These stocks gained over 10% on BSE

NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the green on Tuesday.

These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, Avadh Sugar Energy(14.41%), Neogen Chemicals(14.29%), Balrampur Chini(14.22%), Zenlabs Ethica (13.65%), Riddhi Steel and Tub(13.45%), Vipul Organics(13.17%), Dhampur Sugar(12.47%), Phyto Chem(12.44%), Veto Switchgear(12.23%) and Talbros Auto(12.21%).

The 30-share Sensex ended 672.71 points up at 59855.93, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 179.55 points up at 17805.25.


In the Nifty 50 index, 36 stocks ended in the green, while 14 stocks closed in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as KIFS Financial, AK Spintex L, Dwarikesh Sugar, Aarey Drugs Ph and Nalin Lease Fin hit their fresh 52-week high, while RCL Retail Ltd., Brandbucket Media & Technology Ltd., Janus Corporation, Valiant Comm and Mas Fin Services touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
