Sensex rises! These stocks gained over 10% on BSE

NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the green on Monday.

These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, Nitin Castings (12.51%), Saurashtra Cements(11.02%), M K Exim India(10.99%), Silverpoint Infratech(10.97%), Stallion India Fluor(10.82%), Euro Leder Fash(10.82%), Orissa Bengal Carrier(10.80%), Garg Furnace(10.58%) and Megastar Foods(10.52%).

The 30-share Sensex ended 442.61 points up at 82200.34, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 122.3 points up at 25090.7.


In the Nifty 50 index, 31 stocks ended in the green, while 19 stocks closed in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Restile Ceramic, Gallantt Metal, Borosil Renewables, Paradeep Phosphates and Parsharti Invst hit their fresh 52-week high, while Retro Green Revolution, Shriram EPC(PP), Smartworks Coworking, TRC Financial and Mercury Trade Links touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
