Sensex rises! These stocks gained over 10% on BSE

NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the green on Tuesday.

These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, Times Guaranty(14.31%), Tyroon Tea Co(13.82%), Filatex Fashions(13.11%), Omnitex Ind(12.91%), Sambhv Steel Tubes(11.60%), Alok Industries(10.41%), Pooja Entertainment (10.24%) and Aditya Spinners(10.17%).

The 30-share Sensex ended 270.01 points up at 83712.51, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 61.21 points up at 25522.5.


In the Nifty 50 index, 26 stocks ended in the green, while 24 stocks closed in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Som Datt Fin, Omnitex Ind, Sambhv Steel Tubes, Belrise Industries and Nitta Gelatin hit their fresh 52-week high, while Nectar Lifesc, Samyak Intnl, PVP Ventures Ltd., Fine Line Circuits and Miven Machine touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
