Sensex rises! These stocks gained over 10% on BSE

NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the green on Wednesday.

These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, Generic Engg(14.35%), Zim Laboratories(13.90%), Ircon Intl.(13.52%), Jenburkt Pharma(13.22%), Manoj Vaibhav Gems N Jewellers(13.15%), KJMC Financial(11.82%), Reliance Infra(11.27%), Exxaro Tiles(11.15%), Railtel Corp(10.94%) and Shri Bajrang Alliance(10.81%).

The 30-share Sensex ended 260.74 points up at 80998.25, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 77.71 points up at 24620.2.


In the Nifty 50 index, 32 stocks ended in the green, while 18 stocks closed in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Sika Interplant, Anupam Finserv, Reliance Infra, Pratik Panels and Camlin Fine Sc hit their fresh 52-week high, while Aditya Birla Retail, Lasa Supergenerics, Prostarm Info System, Indergiri Fin and Nettlinx Ltd touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
