Sensex rises! These stocks gained over 10% on BSE

NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the on Wednesday.

These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, GlobalSpace Techno(12.59%), BFL Asset Finvest(12.31%), Benares Hotels(12.08%), Dhanlaxmi Fab(12.06%), Newgen Software(11.28%), Scanpoint Geo(11.19%), Cyber Media Ltd(10.55%), Shiva Texyarn(10.50%), Swarnsarita Gems(10.48%) and Cubex Tubings(10.05%).

The 30-share Sensex ended 224.45 points up at 76724.08, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 37.16 points at 23213.2.


In the Nifty 50 index, 26 stocks ended in the green, while 24 stocks closed in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Quadrant Future Tek, Standard Glass Linin, Newgen Software, Octal Credit Capital and Hilltone Soft&Gases hit their fresh 52-week high, while Network18 Media, VIP Ind., De Nora India, NMS Resources Global and Carraro India L touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
