Sensex rises! These stocks gained over 10% on BSE

NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the on Wednesday.

These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, Sarla Perform(14.97%), Mafatlal Ind(14.12%), Sinclairs Hotel(13.72%), Repro India(13.40%), Ruby Mills(13.04%), Fedbank Financial(12.75%), Modern Dairies(12.36%), Bampsl Sec(12.26%), VTM Ltd(12.25%) and Nahar Capital(12.09%).

The 30-share Sensex ended 230.02 points up at 80234.08, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 80.41 points at 24274.9.


In the Nifty 50 index, 26 stocks ended in the green, while 24 stocks closed in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Xpro India, Shaily Engg Plastics, Bampsl Sec, VTM Ltd and Nahar Capital hit their fresh 52-week high, while WABCO India, Inditrade Capital, Hathway Cable, Alliance Int. and ObjectOne Information Systems touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
