Sensex rises! These stocks are up over 15% on BSE

NEW DELHI: Several stocks gained in excess of 15% in Mumbai trading on Monday even as equity benchmarks, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the green amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.

Maagh Advertising And Marketing Services Ltd.(up 20.0%) and Ponni Sugars(up 19.31%) were among the stocks that surged over 15%.

The 30-share index, BSE was trading 584.45 points up at 60544.3, while the 50-share index, NSE was 167.1 points up at 17953.9.


In the Nifty50 index, 44 stocks traded in the green, while 6 stocks were in the red.

Stocks such as Gloster, Avantel, Containe Technologies Ltd., Ravalgaon Sugar and Modis Navnirman Ltd. hit their fresh 52-week high, while Sportking India, Intellect Design, Gland Pharma, PrismxGlobalVent and Rel Capital touched their new 52-week low during the session.
