Sensex rises! These stocks are up over 15% on BSE

NEW DELHI: Several stocks gained in excess of 15% in Mumbai trading on Monday even as equity benchmarks, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the green amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.

K&R Rail Engineering(up 19.89%), Containe Technologies Ltd.(up 19.82%) and Atlanta Ltd(up 15.04%) were among the stocks that surged over 15%.

The 30-share index, BSE was trading 252.08 points up at 58172.05, while the 50-share index, NSE was 69.1 points up at 17254.8.


In the Nifty50 index, 32 stocks traded in the green, while 16 stocks were in the red.

Stocks such as Shemaroo Entertain, Cranex Ltd, Virtuoso Optoelectronics Ltd., Zenith Exports and Sampre Nutrition hit their fresh 52-week high, while Reliance Comm, Mehai Technology, Alok Industries, Bombay Rayon and Kushal touched their new 52-week low during the session.
