Sensex rises! These stocks are up over 15% on BSE

In the Nifty50 index, 39 stocks were trading in the green, while 11 stocks were in the red.

NEW DELHI: Several stocks gained in excess of 15% in Mumbai trading on Wednesday even as equity benchmarks, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the green amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.

Advait Infratech(up 20.0%), Morgan Ventures(up 19.96%), Utique Enterprises(up 19.93%), Williamson Magor(up 19.93%), Baroda Extrusion(up 18.43%), Forbes Company(up 16.78%), Shreeji Translogisti(up 15.58%) and Bharat Gears(up 15.4%) were among the stocks that surged over 15%.

The 30-share index, BSE was trading 230.04 points up at 60072.25, while the 50-share index, NSE was 72.25 points up at 17897.5.


In the Nifty50 index, 39 stocks traded in the green, while 11 stocks were in the red.

Stocks such as Advait Infratech, Shreeji Translogisti, S Chand & Co, KBS India and Goblin India hit their fresh 52-week high, while Saboo Sodium(PP), Wherrelz IT Solutions Ltd., Bajaj Hindusthan Su, GVK Power Infra and Scintilla Commercial touched their new 52-week low during the session.
