Sensex rises! These stocks are up over 15% on BSE

NEW DELHI: Several stocks gained in excess of 15% in Mumbai trading on Monday even as equity benchmarks, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the green amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.

Metro Brands Ltd.(up 19.99%), Khaitan Chem(up 19.96%), Unique Organics(up 19.54%), Cosco(India)(up 17.65%), Sprayking Agro Equip(up 17.63%), Precision Wires(up 16.69%) and Nectar Lifesc(up 15.36%) were among the stocks that surged over 15%.

The 30-share index, BSE was trading 24.65 points up at 61247.68, while the 50-share index, NSE was 19.55 points up at 18275.3.


In the Nifty50 index, 25 stocks traded in the green, while 25 stocks were in the red.

Stocks such as Metro Brands Ltd., Khaitan Chem, Sprayking Agro Equip, Precision Wires and Ruby Mills hit their fresh 52-week high, while Esteem Bio Org, Multipurp Trad and Superior Finlease touched their new 52-week low during the session.
