Sensex rises! These stocks are up over 15% on BSE

NEW DELHI: Several stocks gained in excess of 15% in Mumbai trading on Monday even as equity benchmarks, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the green amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.

Oriental Carbon(up 20.00%), Delta Manufacturing(up 20.00%), Frontier Spring(up 19.99%), Machino Plastic(up 19.99%), Khaitan(India)(up 19.99%), Shreyans Ind(up 19.98%), Godavari Biorefineri(up 19.98%), Amit Securities(up 19.93%), Exxaro Tiles(up 19.93%) and Ester Ind(up 15.62%) were among the stocks that surged over 15%.

The 30-share index, BSE was trading 513.15 points up at 82234.23, while the 50-share index, NSE was 146.0 points up at 24999.15.


In the Nifty50 index, 41 stocks traded in the green, while 9 stocks were in the red.

Stocks such as Khaitan(India), Frontier Spring, Amit Securities, Camlin Fine Sc and ITD Cementation hit their fresh 52-week high, while SKIL Infrastructure, Sybly Ind, Shri Niwas Leasing(PP), JP Associates and Unistar Multi touched their new 52-week low during the session.
