Sensex rises! These stocks are up over 15% on BSE

NEW DELHI: Several stocks gained in excess of 15% in Mumbai trading on Wednesday even as equity benchmarks, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the amid brisk in frontline bluechip counters.

DJS Stock & Shares Ltd.(up 49.48%), Jumbo Bags(up 20.00%), Choksi Labs(up 19.99%), Prozone Intu Proper(up 19.98%), HB Leasing Fin(up 19.96%), Ladam Affordable(up 19.94%), Ascensive Educare(up 19.07%), Bedmutha Ind(up 17.14%) and Hindprakash Ind(up 16.38%) were among the stocks that surged over 15%.

The 30-share index, BSE was trading 67.91 points up at 78206.92, while the 50-share index, NSE was 1.75 points at 23646.55.


In the Nifty50 index, 20 stocks traded in the green, while 30 stocks were in the red.

Stocks such as DJS Stock & Shares Ltd., Ladam Affordable, Ascensive Educare, Bampsl Sec and Bliss GVS Pharma hit their fresh 52-week high, while Akme Fintrade(India, Mamata Machinery, Shangar Decor, Vegetable Products and Universus Photo touched their new 52-week low during the session.
