Sensex rises! These stocks are up over 15% on BSE

NEW DELHI: Several stocks gained in excess of 15% in Mumbai trading on Tuesday even as equity benchmarks, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the amid brisk in frontline bluechip counters.

IVP Ltd(up 19.99%), Shri Gang Industries(up 19.99%), Megri Soft(up 19.96%) and Indo Borax Chem(up 15.86%) were among the stocks that surged over 15%.

The 30-share index, BSE was trading 957.66 points up at 78296.67, while the 50-share index, NSE was 283.3 points at 23737.1.


In the Nifty50 index, 44 stocks traded in the green, while 6 stocks were in the red.

Stocks such as Sumedha Fiscal, Multibase India, PG Electroplast, Siddha Ventures Ltd. and Tokyo Finance hit their fresh 52-week high, while Honasa Consumer, Pressure Sensitive Systems, Godavari Biorefineri, Cressanda Sol and Dynamic Port touched their new 52-week low during the session.
