Sensex rises! These stocks are up over 10% on BSE

NEW DELHI: Quite a few stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the green on Monday amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

Stocks that rallied over 10% included, Technocraft Ind(14.78%), D & H India(14.65%), Timken India(12.85%), 3M India(12.82%), Universus Photo(11.9%), Sangam(India)(11.53%) and Apollo Micro Systems(10.0%).

The 30-share Sensex traded 970.46 points up at 55855.12, while the 50-share Nifty index rose 278.55 points to 16631.0.


In the Nifty 50 index, 44 stocks traded in the green, while 6 stocks were in the red.

Stocks such as Sharpline Broadcast Ltd., Moongipa Securities, Impex Ferro Tech, Kohinoor Foods and Metal Coatings hit their fresh 52-week high, while Mangalam Organics, Ethos Ltd., Ind-Swift Labs, Future Retail and Tasty Bite Eatable touched their new 52-week low in trade.
