Sensex rises! These stocks are up over 10% on BSE

In the Nifty 50 index, 18 stocks were trading in the green, while 32 stocks were trading in the red.

NEW DELHI: Quite a few stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the green on Monday amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

Stocks that rallied over 10% included, Emami Paper Mil(14.76%), Markolines Traffic Controls Ltd.(13.01%), Rajeswari Infra(11.54%), Triveni Engg(10.83%), Dhampur Sugar(10.02%), Nirmitee Robotics(10.0%) and Spenta Intnl(10.0%).

The 30-share Sensex traded 209.31 points up at 55759.61, while the 50-share Nifty index rose 29.2 points to 16659.65.


In the Nifty 50 index, 18 stocks traded in the green, while 32 stocks were in the red.

Stocks such as Triveni Engg, Dhampur Sugar, Indian Sucrose, Speciality Rest and Ganges Securities hit their fresh 52-week high, while Omega Interactive Technologies Ltd., Aryaman Capital, Jubilant Food, PayTM and Future Supply Chain touched their new 52-week low in trade.
