Sensex rises! These stocks are up over 10% on BSE

NEW DELHI: Quite a few stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the green on Monday amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

Stocks that rallied over 10% included, PG Electroplast(14.72%), Dhanashree Electro(14.32%), Pharmaids Pharm(13.89%), TAAL Enterprises(12.9%), Shiva Cement(12.82%), Indian Energy Exchg(12.22%), Dr. Lalchandani Labs(11.74%), Asian Tea Exp(11.58%), Kewal Kiran Clo(11.34%) and Flex Foods(11.26%).

The 30-share Sensex traded 243.68 points up at 60302.74, while the 50-share Nifty index rose 95.4 points to 17990.6.


In the Nifty 50 index, 39 stocks traded in the green, while 11 stocks were in the red.

Stocks such as Kirloskar Elec, Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works Ltd., Prevest Denpro Ltd., USG Tech and Essar Shipping hit their fresh 52-week high, while Arnold Holdings, SBL Infratech Ltd., Jiya Eco Products Lt, Purple Entertainment and Negotium Intl touched their new 52-week low in trade.
