Sensex rises! But these stocks fell 5% or more in Wednesday's session

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Wednesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 255.83 points up at 85169.87 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, SRU Steels(down 19.98 per cent), Easy Trip Planners(down 16.40 per cent), Dhyaani Tile & Marblez(down 14.32 per cent), Sarthak Ind(down 9.98 per cent) and Associated Coaters(down 9.98 per cent) stood among the top losers in today's trade.
In the Nifty pack, 30 stocks closed in the green, while 20 stocks ended in the red.
The index closed 63.75 points up at 26004.15.
On the BSE, Easy Trip Planners, Swastika Invest, Arkade Developers, GSS Infotech and Rossell India hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Meera Industries, Mansi Finance, Pritish Nandy, Haryana Capfin and Saregama India touched their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade.
