Sensex rises! But these stocks fell 5% or more in Wednesday's session

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Wednesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 526.01 points up at 72996.31 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Jetmall Spices(down 14.76 per cent), Adeshwar Meditex(down 13.60 per cent), Vrundavan Plantation(down 12.63 per cent), Decorous Investme(down 12.24 per cent) and V R Films & Studios(down 11.37 per cent) stood among the top losers in today's trade.
In the Nifty pack, 23 stocks closed in the green, while 27 stocks ended in the red.
The index closed 118.96 points up at 22123.65.
On the BSE, Decorous Investme, Ritesh Prop, NACL Industries, Ishan Dyes Chem and Tasty Dairy Speciali hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Nuvama Wealth Manage, Onelife Capital, Arvind SmartSpaces, Jyoti CNC Automation and Emerald Leasing Fin touched their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade.
