Sensex rises! But these stocks fell 5% or more in Wednesday's session

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Wednesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 195.45 points up at 63523.15 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Nila Spaces L(down 10.54 per cent), New Light Apparels(down 10.00 per cent), Medico Remedies(down 10.00 per cent), Cian Healthcare(down 9.98 per cent) and Hanman Fit(down 9.96 per cent) stood among the top losers in today's trade.
In the Nifty pack, 23 stocks closed in the green, while 26 stocks ended in the red.
The index closed 40.15 points up at 18856.85.
On the BSE, Aspira Pathlab & Dia, Shyam Telecom, Kapashi Comm, Integrated Prot and Vivanza Biosciences hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Waa Solar, Omega Inter.Tech, Ishita Drugs, Ddev Plastiks Indust and Shriram Finance touched their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade.
